Bhatkal: SDPI submits memorandum to Tahsildar, seeks strict action against attackers of Swami Agnivesh in Jharkhand

Bhatkal 22 July 2018: (Bhatkallys News Bureau) Social Democratic Party of India (SDPI) on Saturday submitted a memorandum to the Tashildar of Bhatkal at his office urging to initiate strict action against the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha and ABVP members who allegedly attacked Social activist Swami Agnivesh at Pakur in Jharkhand for his "Anti-Hindu" stance.
The Memorandum addressing to the President of India, stated that, a strict action has to be taken against the 'Sang-Parivar' who attacked social activist Swami Agnivesh at Jarkhand. It further stated that they are trying to suppress the voices who raise over the 'Anti-Hindutva' stances by trashing them. The memorandum also added that Prime Minister's silence on such issues has given rise to mob lynching across the country.
The memorandum requested the President of India to look in to the matter and take strict action against those who were involved in the attack and other such activities like mob lynchings and moral policing.
SDPI district President Tofique Byari, Taluk President Wasim and others were present during the occasion.
