Bhatkal Police raids another gambling spot, arrests four

Bhatkal 2 September 2018: (Bhatkallys News Bureau) Bhatkal police on Saturday busted another Gambling spot and arrested four people, at Muligadde of Bhatkal Taluk here on 1 September 2018. The detained accused have been identified as Shridhar Naik (49) of Belke, Lakshmana Gosavi (38) of Hurlisaal, Manjunath Naik (32) of Talan and Hanumanth Naik (60) of Hadin of Bhatkal taluk. According to the Sources, when PSI Ravi G.A. was on his patrolling duty around 5:45 pm, he noticed four men playing ‘Andar-Bahar’ in a public place at Muligadde. Soon he raided the spot and arrested all the four accused. During the raid police also seized cash of Rs.1,920/-, a pack of 52 cards and a plastic bag.
