Bhatkal police nabs gang involved in several theft cases

November 23, 2015 | Correspondent | Bhatkallys News Bhatkal: Bhatkal police today claimed of solving several theft cases by arresting a two-member gang here involved in various cases of robbery. The police recovered golden ornaments worth Rs 13, 32,000 lakh and cash Rs 1, 90,000 from the two. The duo were identified as Jafar Sadiq Habibullaah (19), a resident of Maghdoom Colony and Nasir Abdul Kareem (19), a resident of Khalifa Street in Bhatkal. CPI Prashant Naik said that the golden ornaments recovered from the thieves were stolen from Jafar Manzil in Khalifa Street in a theft that was carried out on 08th November 2015. - ARF
