Bhatkal: One dead as fishing boat capsizes near Nethrani Island

Bhatkallys News Bureau/ Rizwan Gangavali Bhatkal 03 Oct 2017: A fishermen died after he fell off his fishing boat near Nethrani Island while fishing in the waters of Arabian sea on Tuesday morning. The deceased has been identified as Venkat Raman Nagappa Moger (61), a resident of Shirali village of Bhatkal Taluka. The mortal remains of Venkat has been shifted Bhatkal Taluka Government hospital for postmortem after which it will be handed over to his family.
