Bhatkal: New high beam lights at Nawayath colony graveyard

Zaorez Shabab Bhatkal 07 Oct 2017: Jali Patan Panchayath today inaugurated the newly installed high beam light in the Nawayath colony graveyard premises to curb the problems faced by people when performing funeral rites at night. As per Abdul Rahim Shaikh, President Jali Patan Panchayath, the lights will be automatically switched on in the evening hours around 6.30 pm. This step from Jali patan panchayath solves the long standing problem of performing late night funerals in total darkness over the years. Aftab Damudi, Syed Adam, Imtiyaz Jubapu, Bilal Qamri, Imran Lanka were present along with Abdul Rahim Shaikh and other Panchayath members and local residents.
