Bhatkal| New English School mark birth anniversary of Kuvempu

Bhatkallys News Service Bhatkal 30 December 2016: New English School Bhatkal today marked the birth anniversary of prominent Kannada poet Kuvempu and organized an event in the school campus. Assistant commissioner of Bhatkal Ramesh and B.E.O Venkatesh Yedgar were present at the event along with Bhatkal Tahsildar VN Bhatkar, and other officials who addressed the event about the life of Kuvempu, one of the most celebrated poet of Kannada literature.
