Bhatkal MLA Sunil Naik along with farmers submit memorandum to AC pressurizing CM to waive farmer's loan

Bhatkal 28 May 2018: (Bhatkallys News Bureau) To mark the state-wide bandh called by the Bharatiya Janatha Party(BJP) to waive off the loans of farmers as promised by the CM Kumaraswamy during his pre-election campaigning, Bhatkal-Honnavar MLA Sunil Naik submitted a Memorandum to Bhatkal Assistant Commissioner on behalf of the Taluka Agricultural Society at his office here on Monday 28 May 2018.
The letter that addressed to the Chief Minister of Karnataka urged to waive off the loans of farmers across the state as promised in the Manifesto that was presented released during the election.
The call for bandh by the BJP however received a dull response in Bhatkal, while the security forces and additional police forces stood their ground across the town to keep a check on the situation and to avoid any untoward incident.
