Bhatkal: MLA Mankal Vaidya reach out for help to a girl who dreams of Artificial legs

Bhatkallys News Service/Rizwan Gangavali Bhatkal 01 May 2017: Bhatkal MLA Mankal Vaidya today arranged an special helping hand for an Phisically challenged girl from Shirali to get her a pair of Artificial legs. Mr Vaidya arranged an package of 2 lakh rupees from Chief Minister’s relief funds, while adding a sum of 50000 rupees on his own. He further arranged a sum of 20000 rupees from two banks for the family of the girl. Mankal Vaidya acted upon an request from the girl’s father for the help and arranged the amount and handed it to the family today. However, the total cost for the pair of artificial legs is around four lakh rupees and the amount handed to the family by the MLA is 2.70 lakh rupees, the family is looking for 1.30 lakh more rupees and is hoping for some other donor to reach them for the help
