Bhatkal man's body found decomposed near Bengre railway tracks

Bhatkal 2 January 2018:(Bhatkallys News Bureau) A man who went to Goa for job, was found dead near the railway tracks at Bengre on Tuesday evening. The deceased has been identified as Shankar Ganapati Devadiga(42) of Bhatkal. When a local resident was passing by near the railway track, he found a dead body in a decomposed state. Immediately he informed the people nearby and who later alerted  Murdeshwar police. The police personnel shifted the body to government hospital for post mortem. And was later handed over to the family of the deceased. The family of the deceased had registered a missing complaint with Murdeshwar police station after they couldn’t get in touch after he left for Goa on 29th Nov. The wife identified the body based on the outfits worn by the deceased. The investigation are underway, while a case has been registered at Murdeshwar Police station. (Bhatkallys News Bureau)
