Bhatkal man tests positive for Corona Virus in Mangaluru

Mangaluru: In the first positive case of Corona Virus reported in Dakshina Kannada one person who arrived on SpiceJet flight from Dubai to Mangaluru International Airport has tested positive for the virus.
In a press conference held on Sunday evening, Dakshina Kannada Deputy Commissioner, Sindhu B Rupesh confirmed the reports and added that the patient has been hospitalised and is being treated at District Wenlock Hospital in the city.
The person who arrived from Dubai on March 19, reportedly hails from Bhatkal town in Uttara Kannada District
