Bhatkal: Man murdered in private lodging by unidentified assailants

Bhatkal: A young man was on Saturday night found murdered in a private lodge in Bhatkal. The victim has been identified as Affan (25), S/O Navran Mohammed Ali, a resident of Muglihonda in Bhatkal. According to the reports, unidentified assailants from Mangaluru had come to Bhatkal to kill Affan, and escaped from the crime scene after killing him. The incident came to light at 9.30 pm on Saturday night. Hundreds of locals have rushed to the crime scene as the news of the murder went viral on social media. According to the sources, police have also nabbed a local resident of Bhatkal in the case and is looking for assailants who came from Mangaluru.
