Bhatkal: Man injured in road accident, family lodges complaint of attempt to murder

Bhatkal 10 December 2019: A man seriously injured after a 207 vehicle rammed into his bike here at Bengre of Murdeshwar on Sunday night. The victim has been identified as Johnson D'Costa of Bangaramakki in Murdeshwar. According to source, when Johnson D'Costa was on his way towards Alvikodi, a Tata 207 vehicle rammed into his bike which was being driven by Juvan D'costa. The brother of victim however lodged a complaint at Murdeshwar Police station alleging a murder attempt as there was enmity between the two. The Murdeshwar police have registered a case against the accused under section 307.
