Bhatkal: Majlis-e-Islah wa Tanzeem organizes speech competition for student on Independence day

Bhatkal 13 Aug 2017:On the occasion of 70th Indian Independence day that will be celebrated on August 15 2017, Majlis-e-Islah wa Tanzeem organized a Speech competition on the topic of ‘Freedom Fighters of India’ at Usmania Hassan hall at Anjuman school campus on Sunday.
The competition was organized in three different languages of Urdu, English and Kannada. The list of winners from all categories is as follow.
High School Urdu category
Khubaib Ahmed s/o Moulana Khwaja Mohinudeen Akrami Madani of (IAUHS) First prize
Farkhaleed Rida s/o Raza Manvi of 9Shams English School) Second prize
Syed Hammad s/o Syed Hashim SM of (APS) Third prize
High School English category
Hassan s/o Riyaz Gangavali of (IAUHS) First prize
Abdul Latif s/o Iftikhar Shaikh of (Shams English School) Second prize
Hasham s/o Ashfaq Motia of (Shams English School) Third prize
High School Kannada category
Bilal s/o Muhammad Azaad of (Shams English School) First prize
Saif Ali s/o Abdul Qadir of (IAUHS) Second prize
Muhammad Shahnawaz s/o Shabbir Ahmed of (Jamia Islamia) Third prize
In the college level English and Kannada category one each candidates participated who were handed consolation prizes, while in Urdu category Zakwan Nizamuddin of Jamia Islamia, Irbaz Ikkeri of Anjuman college won the first and second prize respectively. The lone participant in the degree college category was also awarded consolation prize.
Present on the diaz at the event were President Majlis-e-Islah wa Tanzeem Muzammil Kazia, Gen Secy. Altaf Kharuri, Anjuman Secretary Ishaque Shabandri, Abdul Azeem SM, Sadiq Pillor and others.
