Bhatkal: Majlis-e-Islah wa Tanzeem instructs NRIs and residents to apply for Aadhar card through specially arranged counter

Bhatkallys News Service Bhatkal 22 Aug 2017: In a press release issue by the Majlis-e-Islah wa Tanzeem Bhatkal confirmed that after the process of applying for Aadhar card has been restarted in Bhatkal after getting special permissions from the Tahsildar office, Assistant commissioner and Deputy commissioner, and one can apply for Aadhar card at the Village Accountant office near Anjuman ground. The press release also marked out the importance of having the Aadhar card for every citizen as the central government is pressing on making it a mandatory document for most of the Government and other transactions in future. It further urged people who already have PAN cards to link the PAN card to Aadhar card. The release also urged the NRIs who are in town currently to use this as an opportunity and apply for Aadhar card. Any corrections or alterations on the existing cards can also be made at the same booth arranged by Majlis-e-Islah wa Tanzeem.
