Bhatkal Madrasa students win big at National level athletic sports in Lucknow

Bhatkal 6 March 2019: (Bhatkallys News Bureau)Three students of Madrasas from Bhatkal and Manki won big at National level Athletic sports which were held at Lucknow of Uttar Pradesh here on Sunday. Juhair s/o Jubair Armar of Bhatkal bagged 1st place in Shot put and Arsh Ahmed of Manki bagged 1st place in 100 meters race and 3rd place in long jump. Sufiyan s/o Salman bagged 2nd place in long jump. About 350 students from 13 Madrasa across the nation had taken part in this National level Athletics, and about 8 students from Bhatkal and Manki had participated in this event. Various association and organisations of the Taluka congratulated the students for their efforts and achievements. (Bhatkallys News Bureau)
