Bhatkal: Madeena Welfare Society submits Memorandum to AC demanding basic facilities

Bhatkal 08 March 2018 : Members of Madeena Welfare society on Thursday submitted a memorandum to the Bhatkal Assistant Commissioner (AC) urging the AC to provide basic facilities to the residents of Madeena Colony of Bhatkal.
The Memorandum stated that there are five major problems in Madeena Colony which needs immediate attention of the authorities and to be resolved at the earliest. Including UGD connection and waste disposal and management issues.
The memo also added that the administration should come up with a permanent solution to the drinking water problems at Hanifabad and Madeena Colony. It also urged administration's attention towards lack of Street lights in the area.The Bhatkal Assistant Commissioner accepted the Memorandum and assured them of inspecting the colony and also of speaking to the Panchayath officials to come out of the solution.
Prof. Zarzari, Moulana Irfan SM, Aftab Damudi and other members of Madeena Welfare Society were present at the AC's office.
