Bhatkal: Late poets remembered in Idara Adab-e-Islami Hind's Mushaira

Bhatkal 26 November 2018: (Bhatkallys News Bureau) Idara Adab-e-Islami Hind Bhatkal Unit on Sunday November 25, organised a Naat and Hamd Mushaira at Rabita Hall, Nawayath colony herein Bhatkal. The organisation being a wing of Jamat-e-Islami Hind, the Mushaira was organised as a part of its state-wide seerat campaign in Karnataka to spread the messages and teaching of Prophet Muhammed (Peace be upon him), that started earlier this month and will continue till November 29. Three of the prominent late Urdu poets of Bhatkal Dr. Hussain Fitrat, Kauser Jafri and Ashraf Barmawar were also remembered on the occasion as three youngsters presented the Naats of the poets. Abid Hassan, Jafer Kazia and Turaif Abu Huseina, voiced Naats of Kauser Jafri, Dr. Hussain Fitrat and Ashraf Barmawar respectively. Several other local poets including Iqbal Sayeedi, Ali Basha Bismil, Haneef Shabnam, Sadiq Naveed, Dr. Haneef Shabab and others presented their respective Naats and Hamds. (Bhatkallys News Bureau)
