Bhatkal: Islamic Tarana competition organized for school students

Bhatkallys News Bureau Bhatkal 05 Dec 2017: Local monthly magazine ‘Phool’ on Monday organized a Islamic Tarana competition for school students at Khush Hall Nawayath colony. Young kids and students presented the Islamic Taranas beautifully to the delight of the audience. The competition was organized in two categories (Senior and Junior) students. In the senior category students of Jamia Islamia bagged the first prize while students of Ali Public School and Naunihal central school bagged second and third prize respectively. In the junior category Maktab Jamia Chowk Bazaar bagged first place while students of New Shams School and Anjuman Azad School bagged second and third places respectively. A new version of the Magazine name ‘Ammi Numer’ was also released at the event.
