Bhatkal: Introductory event of Bazm Muhibban-e-Urdu organised

Bhatkal 18 August 2018: (Bhatkallys News Bureau) Bazm Muhibban-e-Urdu, an organisation that was formed earlier last month in a bid to safeguard the interest of Urdu language and literature, organised its first introductory event on Friday evening here at Rabita hall in Bhatkal. Principal Jamia Islamia Bhatkal Moulana Maqbool Kobatte was the chief guest of the event that was chaired by the president of the organisation Irfan Mohtesham. Moulana Maqbool Kobatte, in his address spoke about the importance of working in the interest of safeguarding the Urdu language and literature while also stressing upon bringing awareness among the youth about the importance of Urdu language, while also urging the parents to make sure their kids do get to study Urdu and its importance. Moulana Abdul Azeem Kazia, Moulana Khaja Akrami, Inayathullah Shabandri and others also addressed the gathering. The event began with the recitation of holy Quran Moulana Imran Akrami followed by Naat by Hassan Siddibapa. Moulana Jafer presented the welcome note while General Secretary Sadiq Naveed introduced and explained the aims motives of the organisation. Iqbal Saeedi, Abdul Aleem Shaheen, Sadiq Naveed, Affan Bafaqui and guest poet Asar Jafri presented their poetry for the delight of audience.
