Bhatkal: In a strange incident mother gives birth to a baby whose skin looks severely burnt

Bhatkal 12 January 2019: (Bhatkallys News Bureau) A woman at Government hospital of Bhatkal on Friday gave birth to an unusual baby, whose skin resembled a burnt skin, which has now become the talk of the town. The woman from Talan has given birth to this unusual baby. Previously, in the year 2015, the woman had given birth to a similar baby and this is the second instance where the mother has given birth to the strange looking infant. However, the first baby died a few days later. After which the lady had given birth to a healthy baby which is now followed by this incident. The third child which was born on Friday at Government hospital of Bhatkal resembled the same condition as the first child. Currently the health of the child is said to be unstable and is undergoing treatment at Taluka hospital. Speaking with the media, Dr. Santosh said “The skin of the new born resembles to be burnt, while the reports has been sent to child specialist for further information/reports. It might have happened during its development stage However,the internal organs are functioning fine.” (Bhatkallys News Bureau)
