Bhatkal: Hajira Aifa wins prestigious Dukhtar-e-Anjuman, Maimuna Eifa gets Batool-e-Anjuman

Bhatkal 4 December 2018: Anjuman Girls High School Basti road (AGHS) and Anjuman girls English Medium High School (AGEMHS) Nawayath colony organized their Annual Day Celebrations at Anjuman's women educational campus, here on Basti road Bhatkal on Tuesday December 4.
Zohra Abbas, Principal, PA first grade college, Mangaluru was invited as the Chief Guest for the event while Yasmeen Akhtar, having the honor of serving Anjuman for nearly two decades was the guest of honor at the event which was presided over convenor of Anjuman's ladies advisory committee Mrs. Seema Kashimji.
Zohra Abbas, in her address to the students motivated them gain more knowledge as they climb the ladders of the life and to contribute to the development of the society and the country. She also congratulated Anjuman Hami-e-Muslimeen Bhatkal on completing hundred years of service in educational stream and thereby making the difference by setting benchmarks for other educational institutions in and around Bhatkal.
The event began with the recitation of Holy Quran, followed by Naath and Tarana -e -Anjuman by students.
Headmistresses of both the institutions presented their respective annual reports and shed lights upon some of their academic, sports and co-curricular achievements.
The inauguration of the event was followed by the announcement of the much awaited and prestigious awards of both the schools Dukhtar-e-Anjuman and Batool-e-Anjuman awarded to the best outgoing students of AGEMHS Nawayath colony and AGHS Basti road respectively after scrutinizing them over several qualities and categories.
Hajira Aifa, won the Dukhtar-e-Anjuman award while Maimuna Eifa won the Batool-e-Anjuman award.
Asiya Jubna and Noorah Kazia were also in contention for wining the Dukhtar-e-Anjuman award, while Daniya and Nida were among the eminent for Batool-e-Anjuman award.
