Bhatkal: 'Education for better tomorrow' workshop organized for Anjuman teachers

Bhatkal 2 Aug 2018: (Bhatkallys News Bureau) Anjuman Hami-e-Muslimeen Bhatkal on Thursday organized a workshop for its secondary and primary teachers on the topic 'Education for better tomorrow' at the seminar hall of AITM, on Aug 2.
Muaz Shanbandri, is employed as the communications manager with the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA) Government of Dubai, and has earlier worked as an education journalist with UAE's leading daily Khaleej times was the resource person at the workshop who shared his wide experience in Education sector with the teachers of Anjuman Secondary and Primary schools.
Muaz, who is also the managing director of Bhatkallys.com, stressed upon keeping the workshop session interactive and asked the teachers to share their ideas to better understand the concept of teaching.
The key areas Muaz covered during the workshop were, New methodology in teaching, Classroom Management Skills, Importance of lesson Planning and Discipline in schools.
He further addressed the teacher about the different ways in which the teaching can be made easy for the students and stressed upon the fact that not every student is same, and shared examples with the teachers of dealing with students from different backgrounds, mindset and abilities.
The workshop began at 12.00 pm at the AITM seminar hall, and concluded at 2.00 pm.
The teachers enjoyed the workshop and expressed their gratitude for organizing it.
