Bhatkal: Dental check-up and treatment camp organized; more than 700 people receives free treatment

Bhatkallys News Bureau/ Rizwan Gangavali Bhatkal 24 Sept 2017: Dr. Naziya Shabandri in association with Yenepoyaa Dental College and hospital Mangaluru today organized an free dental check up and treatment camp at Al Afrah hall wherein more than 700 people got themselves checked with the specialists from Mangaluru. Initially around 500 people pre-registered themselves for the camp, while 150 more people turned up at the hall to receive services of more than 50 specialist doctors. During the inauguration event Dr. Ganesh Shenoy, HOD Yenepoya Dental College spoke about maintaining good oral health and listed out the benefits of it, he further advised youngsters to keep themselves away from Tobacco and its ordinate stuff. Dr. Naziya Shabandri also spoke about the importance of good oral health and stressed upon giving immediate medical attention to oral problems. Dr. Dinesh Naik, Inayathullah Shabandri and Abdullah Damudi also addressed people during inauguration event.
