Bhatkal delegates reach Bengaluru to launch Urdu Audio App

Zaorez Shabab Bengaluru 24 February 2017: A delegation of prominent people from Bhatkal reached Bengaluru to launch an ambitious national level project of a new mobile application 'Udru Audio App' aimed at protecting and promoting the Urdu language. The app is created by the management of Bhatkallys.com. The delegation includes the Qazi of town Moulana Khaja Akrami Madani of Khalifa Jamat-ul Muslimeen and Moulana Abdul Rab Nadvi Asst. The launch event is scheduled for Friday (24 Feb 2017) evening at the terrace area of White Manor on Bowring Hospital road, Shivaji Nagar Bengaluru. The Bhatkallys.com team organized an press conference on Thursday here in Benagluru. The app is filled with rare Urdu audio collections which also include the poetry of poets like Jigar Muradabadi, Qamar Jalalvi, Firaq Ghorakhpuri, Josh Malish Abadi, in their own voices. The collections of audio dates back to as old as 1950s. A total of more than 4000 audios are available currently, with more than 400 videos collections of intellectuals, Muslim scholars and eminent poets of last seventy five years. The iniative has international acclaim for being the biggest sites in the Urdu world.
