Bhatkal decks up to host CM Siddaramaiah

Bhatkal 05 Dec 2017: Preparations are on full swing for CM Siddaramaiah's Bhatkal visit, as the town has been decked up with the banners welcoming him sponsored by different individuals and organizations including Majlis-e-Islah wa Tanzeem, Anjuman Hami-e-Muslimeen and MLA Mankal Vaidya.
A helipad has been marked at Anjumanabad where the CM's helicopter is scheduled to land. Police Parade Ground is all ready to host almost 25000 people, a expected figure of attendance given by the block congress.
Heavy security forces have been deployed across the town, while the police department was also seen drilling the arrival of CM and practicing to combat emergency situations on Tuesday evening.
CM will begin his two-day visit to the Uttar Kannada district starting from Bhatkal, where he will inaugurate several govt. schemes and will also hold a public rally. He will then visit several town of the district including Kumta, Sirsi, Mundgod and others.
MLA Mankal Vaidya with other congress party workers was seen supervising the preparations at Police Parade Ground.
