Bhatkal: Dead body of a farmer found in field with injuries on head

Bhatkal 10 March 2018: A body of a farmer was found in his field on Thursday at Sarpankatte locality of Bhatkal, the reason for the death was not known yet as the farmer had injuries on his head and face.

The deceased has been identified as Nagappa Bhima Gonda of Sarpankatta.

 The incident was reported to to the police by the Victim’s son Jayanth Gonda and stated that his father had gone to the field at 8:00 am in the Morning for his Routine work of Farming and around 2:00 pm in the afternoon collapsed to the ground and died while working in the field.

A case has been registered at Bhatkal Rural police station.
