Bhatkal Congress workers stage protest against Demonetization

Bhatkallys News Service/ Rizwan Gangavali Bhatkal 28 November 2016: Bhatkal Congress today presented a memorandum to the President of India through Assistant commissioner to mark their protest against the Central Governments move to demonetize Rupees 500 and 1000 currency notes. A protest rally was taken out from Bhatkal circuit house to the office of Assistant commissioner’s office where the memorandum was presented to Assistant commissioner. Congress workers said they were keen on welcoming the move by Modi led BJP government but the government failed to implement the move with proper management because of which the common man was facing difficulties in his daily life. And urged the central government to come up with an solution at the earliest. Bhatkal MLA Mankal Vaidya, TMC president Sadiq Matta, Block Congress president Vittal Naik and Jayshree Naik were also present at Assistant Commissioner’.
