Bhatkal Congress holds protest against former RSS chief K S Sudarshan

Bhatkal - Bhatkal Congress workers held protest against anti Sonia remarks by former RSS chief K S Sudarshan and burnt an effigy of him here at Shamsuddin Circle, Bhatkal. The protest was held in the leadership of Bhatkal MLA Mr J D Naik as a part of nationwide uproar by Congress on anti Sonia remarks by former RSS chief.

Earlier, a press meet was held at IB, wherein Bhatkal MLA Mr J D Naik termed Mr Sudarshan's remarks as baseless and provocative. He also blamed Chief Minister B S Yeddiyurappa for cheating people of Karnataka. Several Congress leaders including Bhatkal Block Congress President Mr Vittal Naik, Shripad Kamath, Venkataiah Bhairumane, Subrayya Naik, Sadique Matta, Abdul Raheem and others were present in this press meet.

It may be noted that, in a recent press conference, former RSS chief has accused Sonia Ganhi as CIA agent and said she is involved in assassination of former Indian Prime Ministers Indira Gandhi and Rajiv Gandhi.
