Bhatkal community Jeddah organizes VAT awareness program for its members

Bhatkallys News Bureau/ Habib Mohtesham Jeddah 30 Dec 2017: Bhatkal Community Jeddah on Friday organized an VAT awareness program for its members in the backdrop of Value Added Tax rule which will be implemented in UAE and Saudi Arabia from January 01 2018. Zahid Ruknuddin, a chartered accountant by profession made a detailed presentation about the VAT law that is to be implemented in Saudi soon and explained the members about the possible ways in which the VAT law can have an effect on them. Gen. Secy. of Jamatul Muslimeen Bhatkal Moulana Talha Ruknuddin and Second Vice President SJ Hashim who are on the gulf tour from Bhatkal on behalf of Jamatul Muslimeen Bhatkal were also present during the event. Moulana Talha Ruknuddin while addressing the event spoke about the contribution of Bhatkal community Jeddah and also spoke about the purpose of his gulf tour. The event began with the recitation of Holy Quran by Moulana Usama Muniri, while President of Bhatkal community Jeddah Yasin Askeri welcomed the guest and also spoke about the purpose of the event. Habibullah Mohtesham introduced the guest while also hosting the event. Career Guidance committee of the community handed over a memento to Zahid Ruknuddin. Ex Gen Secy. of the community Ubaidullah Askeri presented the vote of thanks.
