Bhatkal Assistant Commissioner Sajid Mulla receives transfer order just seven days after taking charge

Bhatkallys News Bureau/ Ismail Zaorez Bhatkal 02 April 2018: Bhatkal Assistant Commissioner (AC) Sajid Mulla on Monday received his transfer orders just seven days after he took over the charge from previous AC, MN Manjunath. The KAS officer took charge as the AC of Bhatkal on 26 March 2018, a day before the Election Commission announced the dates of Karnataka Assembly elections 2018. A team of Bhatkallys.com along with social workers Irshad Ekkeri and Syed Sultan met Sajid Mulla at his office after our sources confirmed the news. Speaking to Bhatkallys.com the Mulla, confirmed the news adding, "Yes I have received the transfer order but I am yet to receive any further details, including the last working date here in office. A new officer will be posted here and it is yet to be decided who will it be. I will get further notification about this in next few days, which will specify my last day at Bhatkal office. I will hand over the charge to the new officer and leave for where I will be posted". Mulla further added, "This is a complete election affair and there is nothing wrong in it, I have no complaints about it as I understand that the it is for the Election pupose". Previously Mulla was posted as the Project Director of DUDC at Kalburgi before taking charge as Bhatkal AC.
