Bhatkal: Another independent candidate files nomination; sources say JD(s) will not field candidate from Bhatkal-Honnavar constituency

Bhatkal 21 April 2018: (Bhatkallys News Bureau) Another independent candidate Era Durgappa Naik, filed his nomination for the upcoming Karnataka assembly elections on Friday at the office of Bhatkal Assistant Commissioner. According to the affidavit submitted by Naik with his nomination, he has completed his SSLC education and is a resident of Chowtani locality in Bhatkal. He has stated his occupation as Businessman in the affidavit. Earlier, Jabruth Khateeb became the first candidate to file nomination from Bhatkal constituency on Thursday.
