Bhatkal: Anjuman Institute of Management and computer application celebrates annual day

Bhatkal 25 April 2017: Anjuman Institute of Management and Computer application (AIMCA) organized its 21st annual day event at their college campus on Tuesday here in Anjumanabad Bhatkal. The event began at 10.30 am with the beautiful recitation of Holy Quran by Ahmed Kabeer of Final Year from BBA. Elaf Ekkeri delivered the welcome speech while Naiz Ahmed, both from BCA Final Year introduced the Guests. College principal Mohsin K presented the annual report of the college. AIMCA-15 Several awards and prizes were also distributed among the students for their individual performances throughout the year. Awards were distributed to the Academic Toppers, Students Council members, Fest winners, and achievers in several categories of sports. AIMCA-11 Present at the event as the chief guest was Syed Shahed Hashmi, an Educator for an online learning Platform. In his address to the students he advised them discipline themselves and keep themselves updated with the current affairs of the world in a bid to attract more career opportunities as the world is getting more competitive each day and if they will to get on with it, one has to get along with the current affairs of the world and the knowledge beyond their academic books. He also urged them to take up online/additional courses which could be helpful for them in their careers. instead of just sticking to the syllabus provided by the universities. In his presidential remarks, Abdul Raheem Jukaku, wished the outgoing students for better careers and future, while he also made it a point to them that it is not an end to their Education and learning is an continuous process. He also stressed about the importance of students understanding their social responsibilities, and urged them to take up UPSC and other Govt. Services as careers.
