Bhatkal: Anjuman Hami-e-Muslimeen annual executive meet on 21 May

Bhatkallys News Service Bhatkal 09May 2017: Anjuman Hami-e-Muslimeen Bhatkal will be organizing it annual executive meeting on Sunday 21 May 2017 10.00 am at Shamsuddin Memorial building Anjumanabad. The press release by Anjuman informed, Annual report will be presented at the meeting and an Audit report for the year 2015-16 will also be presented. The members will also be given an opportunity to raise their concerns and queries regarding the annual report and the audit report. Gen. Secy Ismail Siddique also sent out few instructions to the members which are required to be fulfilled before the annual executive meeting. Instructions reads as follow.

• The members will be required to pay all their dues till March 2016 at Anjuman office during office hours.
• The members with changed addresses are required to update the same at Anjuman office.
• The members willing to have a look at the Audit report before the meet can visit Anjuman office at working hours.
• The members are required to come up with their queries and concerns at least three days prior to the meet.
• The Payment of due membership fees is must to attend Annual Executive meet or any other Anjuman Meets.
