Bhatkal: All India Urdu seminar and Mushaira to be organized by Anjuman Hami-e-Muslimeen on Feb 11

Bhatkallys News Bureau Bhatkal 07 Feb 2018: Anjuman Hami-e-Muslimeen Bhatkal will organize an All India Urdu Seminar and Mushaira on Sunday February 09 at Anjuman High School ground near old bus stand here. The Urdu seminar is scheduled to begin at 09.00 am on Sunday and will be inaugurated by Dr. Syed Abdul Qadeer Nazim Sargarooh, Chairman Karnataka Urdu Academy Bangalore. Dr, Javed Hayat, Prof. and HOD Urdu, Patna University will present the keynote address at the seminar while Siraj Ahmed Khalid, Registrar Karnataka Urdu Academy and Sayeed Ahmed Rizwan, Member Karnataka Urdu Academy will be the chief guest and guest of honor respectively of the event which will be presided over by Syed Abdur Rahman Batin, Vice President Anjuman Hami-e-Muslimeen Bhatkal. Several prominent scholars of Urdu literature from across the country will present the papers in the seminar. The seminar will be followed by an All India Mushaira in the evening at the same venue and is scheduled to begin at 09.00 pm. The Mushaira will be presided over by Abdul Qadeer Nazim, and will be participated by several local and national poets including Yousuf Raaz of Rajasthan, Siraj Sholapuri of Mumbai, Aslam Banarasi of Bengaluru, Mushtaq Gouhar of Belgaum and Ashraf Barmawar, Iqbal Sayeedi, Ibne Hassan Bhatkalli, Syed Abdul Rahman Batin among others. Convener of the event Prof. Rauoof Ahmed Savnur, along with Abdul Rahim Jukaku President Anjuman Hami-e-Muslimeen, Ismail Siddique, Gen Secy Anjuman Hami-e-Muslimeen, Ishaque Shabandri Addition GS Anjuman Hami-e-Muslimee and others has requested people to turn up in numbers to attend the event in order to make it a successful event.
