Bhatkal: AITM organizes workshop on stock market risks for students

Bhatkal 22 June 2018: (Bhatkallys News Bureau) Department of MBA at Anjuman Institute of Technoligy and Management (AITM) conducted a one day workshop on 'Stock Market Learn how to trade and Invest' in association with Geojit Financial Services at the AITM campus on Thursday 21 June. Mr. Sukumar, Asst. Manager Geojit Financial Services, Mangalore explained Fundamentals in trading for beginners and offered live trading analysis on the exchanges of NSE & BSE. The workshop also had a discussion on basic concept of technical analysis, market sensitive information, trend lines, trend lengths, different patterns of bearish and bullish market, and stages of market emotions, technical oscillators and indicators. Mr. Sukumar rightly indicated the need for savings among all students for better investment planning. Market risks were also discussed and suggested to apply technical tools to analyse market for greater returns. Students of MBA enjoyed the session and expressed gratitude towards the department, principal and management for organizing such real time learning sessions. (Bhatkallys News Bureau)
