Bhatkal: AITM organizes state level ARCANA fest; MAPS college Mangaluru bags championship

Bhatkal 18 March 2018: Anjuman Institute of Technology and Management (AITM) Bhatkal on Saturday organized a one day state level fest named ARCANA '18 here in college campus.
The State level Management fest is one of the most anticipated fest UG students, the fest consist of several events that include EXPONAIR, HUMANO, FINANZEN, ADVOTIS, TESORO and SKIT O MANIA.
During the inauguration event M. Jameel Manik in his address spoke about the need of acquiring higher education and how the students must be willing to take up higher education and also aim for global entrepreneurship. He also added that to achieve success one must believe in himself and must be confident about his abilities.
Anjuman Hami-e-Muslimeen General Secretary Ismail Siddique, Addl. Secretary Ishaque Shabandri, AITM Principal Mushtaq Ahmad Bavikatte were present during the inauguration event along with other staffs of the institution.
Over 210 participants from over 20 colleges participated in the fest in different events wherein MAPS college of Mangaluru emerged as the overall winner of the fest while the runner up champion title was awarded to the Bhandarkar Science and Art college Kundapur.
Among several competitions MAPS college Mangaluru bagged first place in Exponair, Finanzen, Marketing and Skito Mania events and emerged overall general champion while Bhandarkar college Kundapur bagged first place in Humano, and Treasure Hunt event and emerged overall runner up champions. AITM team remained runners up in Marketing and Treasure Hunt while SDM college Mangaluru and Shri Sharada College remained runners up in Humano and Finanzen respectively.
