Bhatkal AC inaugurates 30-day 'Door-to-Door BLOs visit' campaign

Bhatkal 1 September 2019: As per the directions by the Chief Electoral Commission of Karnataka, Assistant Commissioner (AC) of Bhatkal Sajjid Mulla on Sunday started verification, authentication and other related revisions of electoral roll for the next 30-days Door to Door visit by Block Level Officers (BLOs) here at his office on Sunday. In the meeting, AC Sajjid Mulla unveiled the poster regarding awareness on Electors Verification Programme (EVP) and told that the drive would provide an opportunity to the voters for verification, authenticate, add, delete, correct and revise their names in the electoral rolls. He also added that, the Booth Level Officers (BLOs) would visit the houses of people and would assist them regarding all the services and queries regarding the electoral roll.
