Bhatkal: 9th Kannada Sahitya Sammelana organized at Chitrapur

Bhatkal 02 March 2018: Kannada Sahitya Parishat, Bhatkal held its 9th Kannada Sahitya Sammelana at Government Model Higher Primary School of Chitrapur here on Thursday 1st March 2018.
The chief Guest for the event was a well know Kannada literature poet Shri. Shridhar Shet Shirali. while the event was inaugurated by Bhatkal MLA Mankal Vaidya and was welcomed by Shri. Gangadhar Naik.
The other guests for the event included Shri VG Nayak, Prof Mohan Habbu, Shri Manjunath Naik, Smt Malati Devadiga, Shri CT Naik, Shri MR Munji, Shri KS Naik, Shri Narayan Mallapur, Shri Shubash Koppikar and others.
On this Occasion the Guests of the events spoke about the importance of Kannada and many personalities were honored during the event for their contributions in various fields.
In the evening various cultural programs and laughter shows were held for the entertainment of the audience present over.
