Bengaluru: Humiliation by teacher forces class 10 student to commit suicide

Bengaluru: A Class 10 student committed suicide in Uttarahalli allegedly after relentless humiliation by his teacher. The victim has been identified as Dhanush, a 10th-grade student at National Public School. It is learnt that Dhanush's teacher Balakrishna had insulted and assaulted him. Depressed over the teacher’s harassment, the student left a death note against the teacher and committed suicide. Following the incident, Dhanush's parents expressed their anger against the teacher and also demanded the arrest of Balakrishna. A complaint has been lodged at Subramanyapura police station and the police have started investigation. Source: Udayavani
