'Beautiful, nice and pleasant' weather in Bhatkal ahead of New year as temperatures set to dip below 20 degrees Celsius

Bhatkal 25 December 2018: (Bhatkallys News Bureau) Residents in Bhatkal, are witnessing frequent fluctuation in temperatures during day time and night hours over just about last one month, as the winter season took over the temperatures after monsoon in coastal Karnataka in mid-November. However, as the New year 2019 approaches, the temperatures in the region are set to take further dip over the next few days during night hours, as the temperatures will be scaled as low as 19° ahead of the new year. Interestingly, during the course of same period, temperatures during the day will remain as high as 38°, as residents will experience an uncertain imbalance in fluctuation of temperatures between two different parts of the day. Temperatures on January 1 and 2 is predicted to dip below 18° which will be the lowest point, before looming back into 20°-22° corridor till mid-February. Interestingly, the highest temperature is also predicted to be recorded during the same period (i.e January 1 and 2) where during the day hours, temperature as high as 39° is predicted, before coming back into the window of 34°-37°. "What can be expected is, a beautiful, pleasant and nice temperature in and around Bhatkal during and just after new year, with sunshine and hot sun both will dominate the weather conditions here" said one of the Meteorological department official, while speaking to Bhatkallys.com over the phone.
