Bazm Faiz-e-Rasool takes out grand Milad procession in Bhatkal

Dec 24, 2015 | Rizwan Gangavaly | Bhatkallys News Bhatkal: Like previous years, a grand Milad-un-Nabi procession under the leadership of Bazm-e-Faizul Rasool was taken out today in Bhatkal after Asr prayers. The procession began from Eidgah Maidan and passing through Shamsuddin Circle, NH-66, Main Road Bhatkal, Sultan Street, Chowk Bazar, Shaukat Ali Road and concluded at Public Chabutara near Tahsildar office. During the procession, devotees in large numbers sent salutations on Prophet Muhammad (SAW) by reciting durood-e-shareef and singing naats. Eid-e-Milad-un-Nabi (SAW) is being celebrated with full reverence, devotion and religious fervour across Karnataka on Thursday. The day marks the birth anniversary of Prophet Muhammad (SAW). Religious processions, special prayer meetings and Seerat conferences are being organized across the State to mark the occasion. - ARF
