Bhatkal: 7 February 2021 (Bhatkllys News Buerau) Last night, as Mr. InayatullahShabandri caught his eye and the matter was handed over to the police, a man was trying to dismantle a board set up by non-Muslim brothers at a contested spot on Bhatkal National Highway, Nawayath Colony.
Informing the media about this in a press conference held today in Majlis-e-Islah-o-Tanzeem, Mr. InayatullahShabandri said that despite being such a critical and sensitive matter, the accused was released under Section 107 by the Bhatkal police. Although the position has now become very sensitive because a police bus has been parked there, there are still concerns posed by such a gentle approach on the part of the police.
He said that while there was a full police bus on the scene, instead of being on duty, the policemen were resting in the bus.
InayatullahShabandari Sahib reported that Majlis-e-Islah-o-Tanzeem had lodged a complaint with the district’s Deputy Commissioner and SP, calling for stern action. He called for a comprehensive investigation of the young man and for the perpetrators behind him to be prosecuted and stern action against him to be taken. After this incident, however, questions are being raised about whether, under the pretext of Marine Katta, a conspiracy is being hatched to disrupt the law and order situation in the region. Some individuals said that the parties were stubborn even in the previous peace meeting called by the AC, and the matter had reached a walkout from the meeting that led to the meeting ending without any outcome. Miscreants will do little to turn the matter around because of this.
What happened on Friday night: On Friday night, after Cosmos Kabaddi, InayatullahShabandri was on his way home when a man was trying to dismantle the panel built there in the presence of a police van near Marine Katta. Seeing this, Inayatullah immediately stopped driving and handed him over to the police after taking pictures of him.
