Assadullah Association hosts felicitation program to honor Inayatullah Shabandri

Bhatkal - Bhatkal's renowned Sports and Welfare Organization, Assaullah Association has hosted a felicitation program to honor present TMC President, Mr Inayatullah Shabandri. The program was held at 'Baagh-e-Rahmat' located at Tengingundi beach.

The program was started with the Qir'aat of Moulana Ifran SM at around 1:00 pm. Later Assadullah's Anthem was rendered which followed by a welcome address wherein Mr Sadiq Matta, Municipal councilor greeted the guests. Mr Sameer Kowda presented the annual report of Assadullah Association.

Chief Guest of the function, Ex-Minister of Karnataka and current Chairman of K.S.D.L. Mr Shivanand Naik while addressing the gathering appreciated the selfless services of Inayatullah Shabandri for the people of Bhatkal.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr Inayatullah Shabandri thanked people of Bhatkal and Tanzeem for electing him as a TMC President. He advised people to use only Kannada language in daily conversations with Hindu brothers. He also assured the audience that he will do whatever is possible for the development of Bhatkal town and to promote communal harmony and peace in the town.

The program was presided over by Mr Muzammil Qazia, former Reserved Session Judge, Karnataka High Court.

On this occasion Tanzeem President Mr. Bardul Hassan Muallim, Syed Abdullah Lanka, Bhatkal DySP Mr M. Narayan, Mr Rama Moger, Mr Krishna Naik, Mr Prameshwar Devadig, Mr G N Gowda, Mr Mankal Vaidya, Mr M D Naik and several important personalities of Bhatkal were present.

In between the program, felicitation ceremony was held wherein Mr Shivanand Naik & Mr Muzammil Qazia have felicitated Mr Inayatullah Shabandri with Flower Garland, Shawl and Crown. Later Moulvi Shuaib Jukaku Nadvi presented 'Sipasnama' and praised his work. On this occasion, two more members of Assadullah Association, Mr Masood Shingeri and Mr. Mohammed Aquib Hyder have also been felicitated for their distinguished achievements in the field of Sports.

The program was concluded at around 3:00 pm with the vote of thanks by Moulvi Abdul Azeez Ruknuddin. Dinner was served to all the participants after the program.
