Another AITM faculty completes Ph.D in Mechanical Engineering Science

Bhatkal 3 April 2019: (Bhatkallys News Bureau) Another staff of Amjuman Institute of Technology and Management (AITM) has been achieved the Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) . Prof. Basavaraj M. V. Who has been serving in AITM Bhatkal as faculty in the department of Mechanical Engineering since 1998, completed his Ph.D. from Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Belagavi, in the Mechanical Engineering Sciences during 18th convocation of Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU) on 18th March 2019. Under the guidance of Dr. Udayaprasanna H., Professor & Director (R&D), Department of Mechanical Engineering of AITM, Prof Basavraj M.V. did his research on the topic titled “Investigation into Creep and Wear Properties of Austempered High Silicon Steel”.
