Annual General Body meet of Anjuman Hami-e-Muslimeen held in Bhatkal

The Annual Report and the Annual Accounts & financial report of the year 2014-15 was presented in the Annual General Body meeting of the Anjuman Hami-e-Muslimeen in Usman Hasan Hall on November 8th 2015 in Bhatkal.
The meeting was chaired by the Anjuman president Jukaku Abdur Raheem. The program commenced well within time at 10.45 AM with the recitation of verses from the holy Quran by Mohammed Hussain Kazia. AHM general secretary, Mr. Mohammed Ansar Kasimiji welcomed the executives, members of the Anjuman and the audience and highligted the achievement of the Anjuman Institutions both in academic and co curricular field during the year.
Additional Secretary Ismail Siddique read out the report prepared by AHM general secretary, Mr. Kasimiji Ansar. The report outlined the achievements of the Anjuman Institutions and gave brief details of all administrative and other matters of Anjuman and the efforts taken by the management to bridge the communication gap between the school/college faculties and the parents of students were also mentioned. It also carried the details of the activities of various schools and college over the year 2014-2015. The report outlined various initiatives taken throughout the year to provide a better educational environment for students.
Finance Secretary Mr. Ameeruddin Kola presented the annual financial balance sheet of the year 2014-2015. He explained briefly the income and expenditure of the Anjuman in the same year. The Annual report and the Annual Accounts for the year 2014-15 presented were approved by the Anjuman General Body after minor clarifications. A session was held to obtain suggestions from the members and clarify the doubts and issues related to Anjuman concerning the students, parents and the members of Anjuman.. The audience actively took part in this session by raising their questions and the management cleared their doubts by responding to them.Mr. Jukaku in his presidential address spoke on the future plans of Anjuman and highlighted a few instances of the past, saying that AHM will focus more on the promotion of education and development of its educational activities. He urged the audience to promote Anjuman Institutions for admissions for their students as well as to others, rather then sending them to the cities for higher education. He requested members to approach Head of Institutions and concerned Secretaries for redressing their grievances or obtaining clarifications rather than wait until the Annual General Body Meeting. The President also requested members not to bring matters relating to enforcing rules and regulations introduced to improve regularity and improvement in attendance and steps taken to improve discipline in students and staff as well.
Secretary of High school board Abdul Wajid Kola thanked the management, board members and the audience. The meeting was compered by Kharuri Mohammed Mohsin and was completed in time before the Zuhar Prayers.
On the occasion, AHM Secretaries Mr. Javeed Hussain Armar, SM Syed Ahmed Parvez, Damudi Mohammed Asif and many others were present.
