Anna Hazare is BJP's choice for President's post: Digvijay

Agra - 11 Oct 2011 (PTI): Senior Congress leaderDigvijay SinghsaysAnna Hazareis a mask of all anti-Congress parties andBJPintends to put up the social activist as its presidential candidate.

"The BJP intends to put up Hazare as the presidential candidate of all anti-Congress parties," the Congress general secretary told reporters here on Saturday evening.

Hazare is appealing to voters to defeat Congress in the Hisar Lok Sabha bypoll despite knowing fully the credentials of candidates of other parties, he said.

"Anna Hazare is a mask of all anti-Congress parties," said the Congress leader who was here to attend a national convention of the All-India Kshtriya Federation.

Digvijay said instead of launching an agitation against chief ministerMayawatiand SP chiefMulayam Singh Yadavfor amassing wealth disproprortionate to their known sources of income, Hazare had planned a three-day fast for defeating the Congress in next year's Uttar Pradesh assembly election.
