Anjuman's General Body Meeting on 25th December

Bhatkal - 10 Dec 2011: Anjuman Hami-e-Muslimeen's General Body Meeting will be held on Sunday, 25th December 2011 at Islamia Anglo Urdu High School's Usman Hall at 10:30 am.

According to the press release issued by Anjuman, an annual report for the year 2010-2011 would be approved and audited accounts for the same year will be presented. Question and Answer time will be given at the end. General Secretary Anjuman, Mr Abdul Rahim Jukaku has requested all the members to attend the meeting.

Mr Jukaku has also requested all the members to make note of the following before attending the meeting:

1. Members whose membership fee is due, should pay their fees during office hours at Anjuman office.
2. Members who have changed their area (Halqa) and postal address are requested to inform Anjuman office and update their address accordingly.
3. Annual report and audited accounts are available in Anjuman office. Members who want to see it are requested to visit Anjuman office during office hours.
4. Members who have any question to ask during Annual Meeting are requested to send their written questions 3 days prior to the General Body Meeting.
