Anjuman Women's College Bhatkal records 91.4% pass percentage in II PUC exams

Bhatkal, April 9: Anjuman Pre-University College for Women has achieved an impressive 91.4% overall result in this year’s II PUC examinations. Out of 422 students who appeared for the exams, 68 secured distinction, 246 passed with first class, 57 with second class, and 15 students achieved pass class.
In a press release, Principal Dr. Farzana Farah Mohtasham shared that twenty students scored full marks in subjects such as Urdu, Psychology, Business Studies, Accountancy, Mathematics, and Computer Science.
In the Science stream, Ayesha Maheen, daughter of Tafzal Hussain Jukka, secured the first position in the college, third in the district, and tenth in the state with 98.3%, earning recognition for the town. Other top performers from the Science stream include Ayesha Fakreday (97.3%) and Anam Damudi (94.6%).
In the Commerce stream, Masira Sheikh (97.5%) topped the college and also secured second position at the Taluka level. She was followed by Tabseera Khaja Bapuji (96.33%), Amal Shabandari (96.16%), and Thabke Amina Huda (96.16%).
In the Arts stream, Fatima Samha (96.33%) stood first in the Taluka and third at the District level. Other top scorers include Tahniya Quazi (95.16%) and Khairunnisa (94.83%).
Principal Dr. Farzana congratulated the students and staff for their consistent efforts and credited the results to the collective dedication of students, teachers, and parents.
