Anjuman unveils logo for centenary celebrations

Bhatkal 21 October 2018: (Bhatkallys News Bureau) Anjuman Hami-e-Muslimeen Bhatkal, on Sunday unveiled its logo for the centenary celebrations during a formal ceremony cum press conference at its Jukaku Shamsuddin administrative block at Anjumanabad here. Established in 1919 with a humble beginning of a primary school grew into a cluster of educational institutions over the years and has built reputation as one of the leading educational institution not only in Uttara Kannada district but also surrounding areas. Anjuman also announced its plans for celebrating the centenary celebration for a period of one year starting from January 2019, which will see organising of several events, workshops, seminars to the the hundred years of educating the coastal district. Watch the video of logo unveiling: https://youtu.be/fFnDv9UoSFA   Logo for the centenary celebrations was selected through a competition open for all, wherein participants were asked to send in their created logos for the celebrations after which the executive committee selected one of them. The logo which has '100' designed under which a lighthouse to signify the coast, a book to signify education and coconut trees to signify the region have been designed apart from have the it sub-titled 'Educating Generations'.
