Anjuman School Boys Excel in District Sports Meet‏

November 21, 2015 | Correspondent | Bhatkallys News Bhatkal: In a moment of pride for Anjuman, students of Islamia Anglo Urdu High School Bhatkal excelled in the District Level Departmental Sports Meet held in Ankola, on 19-11-2015. Shezad Mohammed Haneef a 10th grade student was awarded first prize in Hammer throw while Mohammed Rayyan Ismail Shaikh a 9th grade students was awarded 1st prize in Pole Vault. Mohammed Abrar s/o Mohammed Ashfaque was awarded second prize in Javelin while Mohammed Fouzan s/o Moosa Damkar was awarded 3rd prize in Disc Throw competition. Above winners are going to participate at State Level Departmental Sports Meet scheduled to be held at Moodbidre on 22, 23 & 24th November 2015. Anjuman students not only perform well in academic fields but also in sports, athletics and other co-curricular activities. - ARF
